As the information technology (IT) support analyst, Nguyen is responsible for providing technical support to staff, as well as helping to administrate and support the Hilton Foundation’s IT infrastructure. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Channel Islands. Before coming to the Foundation, Dennis worked for Titan Metal Fabricators as IT Support. He assisted local and remote users, maintained, and updated local servers, and designed and implemented IT protocols. He was also responsible for VPN setup and troubleshooting.
