Eundria Hill-Joseph

Eundria Hill-Joseph serves as a learning and evaluation officer within the Strategy, Learning, and Evaluation Division at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. In this role, Hill-Joseph supports the research, evaluation, and learning activities of the Foster Youth Initiative. Prior to joining the Foundation, Hill-Joseph worked at the Los Angeles County Office of Education, where she oversaw research and evaluation, with an emphasis on improving educational outcomes of youth in foster care. Hill-Joseph has also worked as a nonprofit research director at Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Los Angeles and as a university professor. Hill-Joseph received a Ph.D. in Sociology from Georgia State University, Master’s degree from Columbia University School of Social Work, and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Smith College.
