Sheann Avery provides support to the Prize Department by carrying out various administrative activities and special projects. Prior to joining the Foundation, Avery worked for California Lutheran University. Over the course of seven years, Avery served in various roles, most recently as the employee engagement and communications specialist where she developed communication strategies to strengthen employee satisfaction and retention. Avery is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership with a minor in psychology.
