The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation Welcomes Two New Members to the Board of Directors

Jeff Diskin and Marc Holley Join the 11-Person Board

Westlake Village, Calif – The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation welcomes two new members to its board of directors. Jeff Diskin and Marc Holley began their board service for the Foundation on Jan. 1, 2026.

“I am excited to welcome two new directors to the board, each of whom I’ve had the opportunity to work with in the past.  Both bring tremendous experience, expertise, and commitment to the board and its mission through their governance and stewardship roles,” said Linda Hilton, chair of the board of directors of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. “Jeff and Marc will be tremendous assets to the Foundation as we build on our over eighty years of efforts to help improve the lives of individuals experiencing disadvantage around the world.”

The Hilton Foundation’s board oversees strategic direction through its mission, vision and values to ensure the philanthropic intentions of its donors, Conrad N. Hilton and Barron Hilton, are realized. The new board members bring an array of personal interests and professional expertise to the Foundation.

Jeff Diskin has had a distinguished career holding several leadership positions across hospitality and customer service. During his 27-year tenure with Hilton Hotels, Diskin served in a variety of roles, eventually retiring in 2016 as the Executive Vice President of Commercial Services, where he was responsible for global system revenue, including leading the marketing, sales, pricing, e-commerce, loyalty program and distribution/call center functions. He also served as President and COO of Hilton Honors, from 1997 to 2004. Prior to joining Hilton Worldwide, Diskin worked for MPI, a subsidiary of United Airlines, specializing in loyalty program design and implementation. Among his roles on the Foundation board, Diskin serves as the chair of the Audit and Risk committee.

“Throughout my career in hospitality, I always had a great deal of admiration for the contributions and impact the Hilton family has had in the hospitality industry for more than 107 years,” said Jeff Diskin. “Just as inspiring has been the philanthropic spirit modeled by Conrad N. Hilton, a spirit that lives on through the work of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation; it is a true honor to join the board of directors.”

Marc Holley brings two decades of experience working in philanthropy and with nonprofits to the board. His career has focused on leveraging philanthropy to create sustainable and impactful change in communities around the world. Holley currently serves as Chief Philanthropy Officer at the Walton Personal Philanthropy Group. In this role, he oversees grantmaking and other philanthropic pursuits dedicated to creating greater access to high-quality educational options and to improving quality of life in Arkansas.

Prior to his current role, Holley was Vice President, Strategy and Programs at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, where he was responsible for the Foundation’s strategic initiatives and global grantmaking.

Before his tenure at the Hilton Foundation, Holley held the position of Interim Executive Director and Director of Strategy, Learning, and Evaluation at the Walton Family Foundation. There, he contributed to the Foundation’s strategic planning and evaluation processes, ensuring that the philanthropic efforts were impactful and aligned with the Foundation’s goals. In his board role at the Hilton Foundation, Holley serves as chair of the Program Committee.

Hilton Foundation,” said Marc Holley. “After previously overseeing the Program and Strategy department of the Foundation for several years, I continue to be inspired by the philanthropic mission and impact of the Hilton Foundation; I am honored and humbled to return to the Foundation in this new capacity.”

The Hilton Foundation was established in 1944 as a private, independent organization by Conrad N. Hilton, the man who started Hilton Hotels. The Foundation invests in nonprofit organizations working to improve the lives of individuals living in poverty and experiencing disadvantage throughout the world.
