Revitalizing Catholic schools serving low-income families.
For generations, Catholic schools in the United States have provided an exceptional and affordable education to families from diverse backgrounds. We seek to improve the operational vitality of Catholic schools, with a national emphasis on advocating for and implementing private school choice to ensure that low-income families have equal access to all educational options.
In May 2015, the Foundation’s Board of Directors approved new guidelines to support the operational vitality of Catholic schools serving low-income families.
Alliance for Catholic Education
The University of Notre Dame’s Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) seeks to sustain, strengthen and transform Catholic schools. The Foundation awarded ACE a grant to provide implementation support of parental choice scholarships for Catholic school students.
