Yesenia Andrade is primarily responsible for creating and enhancing the financial reporting and analysis systems that support the preparation of the budget, forecast, and other analytical functions at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Before joining the Hilton Foundation, she worked as a finance manager in the for-profit business sector. Yesenia earned a Master of Business Administration in Non-Profit and Social Enterprise from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Management from California State University, Sacramento. Her charitable activities include leading a non-profit in Ventura County that provides school supplies and educational resources to underprivileged students.
