Tiffiny Kosloy

Tiffiny Kosloy serves as the Hilton Foundation’s Supervisor, Workplace Services. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing an environment that supports the Foundation’s vision for its growth while providing a safe and healthy work environment for employees, guests, visitors and tenants. In addition, she serves as supervisor to the Workplace Services team and partners with grantees, nonprofits and other organizations to provide and oversee event and meeting spaces at both the Agoura Hills and Westlake Village campuses.

Kosloy has a diverse skill set, including day-to-day facility management, budget and finance creation and oversight, change management, and board and volunteer engagement. Before joining the Foundation, she served as executive director at Temple Kol Tikvah in Woodland Hills, California. Kosloy has an MBA in nonprofit management from the American Jewish University in Los Angeles and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from American University in Washington, D.C.
