Richelle Alva

Richelle Alva provides high-level administrative and coordination support to the talent operations manager, as well as the Talent and Culture team. In this role, she supports various committees, such as the Workplace Community Group and DEI Advisory group, collaborates with Talent Acquisition on the recruitment and new hire process, assists with payroll and benefits, internal and external relations, special projects, and supports the wellness initiatives. Prior to joining the Foundation, Alva worked in the health insurance industry for several years at Anthem Inc. before switching to preventative care and becoming certified as a personal trainer and health coach, which she continues to do alongside her work at the Foundation. Her passion for helping others is in perfect alignment with her role, her values and those of the Foundation.
