Vice President and Chief People Officer
Ribka Fox serves as the Vice President and Chief People Officer for the Foundation. In this role, she manages the Talent & Culture team, with responsibility for organizational strategy and employee engagement, as well as accountability for all human resources functions and initiatives.
Joining the Foundation in 2026, Fox brings over 25 years of human resources consulting and leadership experience across the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She previously served as the first Chief Human Resources Officer for The California Endowment, the largest private health foundation in California, and has held HR leadership positions at Quest Diagnostics, Honeywell International, and Merck & Co. Prior to transitioning to human resources, Fox was an engineer at General Motors and Raytheon. She also has served on the boards for several nonprofits focused on mentorship for girls and women.
Fox holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. In addition, she earned both a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in English from the University of Michigan. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
