Rachel Huguet

Rachel Huguet coordinates international grantmaking activities for the program department of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. She monitors current grants and supports the development, review and presentation of proposals, with a focus on the Foundation’s avoidable blindness and disaster relief and recovery major program areas, for consideration by the Foundation’s board of directors. Prior to joining the Hilton Foundation, Huguet worked on water, sanitation, and hygiene issues as a Program Coordinator at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She has also spent time as a consultant for the National Park Service, a Program Associate focused on social innovation at Mercy Corps, and a Rural Community Development Volunteer for the Peace Corps, Costa Rica. Huguet holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the George Washington University.
