Nani Oesterle

Nani Oesterle is a Program Officer in the Early Childhood Development U.S. initiative. In this role, she supports a grantmaking portfolio that focuses on the healthy and equitable development of young children from prenatal to age 3, including ensuring their caregivers have the resources necessary to thrive. Prior to the Hilton Foundation, Oesterle spent 8 years at First 5 Ventura County and was responsible for the implementation of several initiatives that supported the early learning and care field. Her career includes positions at a variety of nonprofit and youth serving organizations, including the United Way of San Diego County. Oesterle holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego, a master’s degree in Family Studies from the University of Maryland, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Notre Dame.
