Minerva Martin oversees the payroll function and benefits administration at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation to ensure that compensation practices and benefits are processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with all government regulations. Martin also contributes to the organization’s efforts, including staff events, and recommends new policies, practices, and procedures to improve our best-in-class services continually. Before joining the Hilton Foundation, Martin worked for local organizations, mainly in the field of finance and human resources. Most recently, she worked for a nonprofit community resource center, honing her human resources skills as the HR manager for the past seven years. Martin holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts with concentrations in accounting. She was born and raised in Southern California, has two children, and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and attending community events and concerts.
