Marc Holley

Marc Holley brings two decades of experience working in philanthropy and with non-profits to the board. His career has focused on leveraging philanthropy to create sustainable and impactful change in communities around the world. Holley currently serves as Chief Philanthropy Officer at the Walton Personal Philanthropy Group. In this role, he oversees grantmaking and other philanthropic pursuits dedicated to creating greater access to high-quality educational options in the Heartland and to improving quality of life in Arkansas.

Prior to his current role, Holley was Vice President, Strategy and Programs at the Hilton Foundation, where he was responsible for the Foundation’s strategic initiatives and global grantmaking. Before his tenure at the Hilton Foundation, Holley held the position of Interim Executive Director and Director of Strategy, Learning, and Evaluation at the Walton Family Foundation. There, he contributed to the foundation’s strategic planning and evaluation processes, ensuring that the philanthropic efforts were impactful and aligned with the foundation’s goals. In his board role at the Hilton Foundation, Holley serves as chair of the Program Committee.
