Lora Ricca

Lora Ricca is a program officer with the Catholic Sisters Initiative, focused on supporting congregations of women religious and human development activities in the U.S. and Latin America. Prior to joining the Hilton Foundation, Ricca served as Director, Foundation Relations for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, where she concentrated on advancing the work of Catholic sisters, helping vulnerable students attend Catholic school and supporting new and innovative educational initiatives. She has extensive experience in business, education, fundraising, communications and corporate culture change. Ricca has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a master’s degree from Harvard University.
