Laura Santel partners with the Program team at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation to support strategic plan development, implementation, and improvement. Santel has over a decade of experience combining a deep commitment to antipoverty work with a desire to bring the best management practices to bear in pursuit of that mission. Prior to joining the Foundation, she was a management consultant at Bain & Company. Previously, she led innovative projects and process improvement at DotHouse Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Boston, MA, and served two years with AmeriCorps in Boston Public Schools. Santel holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Art History from Tufts University.
