Jonathan Sanabria

Jonathan A. Sanabria serves as a program officer on the Homelessness initiative. In his role, he supports the Foundation’s strategic goals in making homelessness brief, rare and nonrecurring in Los Angeles County. He serves as a thought partner and assists in the development, review and presentation of grant proposals.

Before joining the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, Sanabria served as a Deputy Chief Programs Officer at LA Family Housing. He has dedicated over a decade to addressing critical issues such as homelessness, substance use prevention, HIV/AIDS case management and after-school programming.

Sanabria holds a Master of Public Administration degree from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chicano Studies: Law, Labor and Policy from the University of California, Los Angeles.
