Jeff Diskin

Jeff Diskin has had a distinguished career holding several leadership positions in the hospitality and airline travel industries.  After a 27-year tenure at Hilton Worldwide, Diskin retired in 2016 as the Executive Vice President of Commercial Services. In this role he was responsible for global system revenue, including leading the marketing, sales, pricing, e-commerce, loyalty program and distribution/call center functions.  He was also Chairman of the Board for the hospitality industry joint venture Room Key at this time.

Previously, Jeff oversaw the company’s Hilton and luxury brands, and was the principal executive leading partnerships and relationships with organizations as varied as American Express, the United States Olympic Committee, F1 and MusicCares/Grammys. He also served as President and COO of the Hilton HHonors Worldwide subsidiary from 1997 to 2004. 

At the United Airlines subsidiary MPI (Mileage Plus Inc.), before joining Hilton, Diskin helped author the blueprint for airline and travel loyalty programs which helped enable their ongoing success.  He was elected President of the Frequent Traveler Marketing Association. 

Throughout his career, Diskin has been regarded as both a visionary and operationally strong leader in inspiring teams and delivering results. In his board role at the Hilton Foundation, Diskin serves as chair of the Audit and Risk committee.
