
Ila Tomita is responsible for supporting employee relation matters, coaching employees and managers, compliance and training, workers’ compensation, and leaves of absences, and supporting the performance management process. Before joining the Hilton Foundation, Tomita worked in the technology industry for over 14 years as a human resources business partner, where she provided support to staff nationwide. She specializes in serving as a consultant and employee advocate to seek solutions that optimize the Foundation’s organizational values and culture. Tomita enjoys spending time with her two daughters and hopes to raise them to be kind, empathetic, and appreciative human beings.
