Guillermo Rincon serves as director of building operations at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. In this role, he oversees the planning and management of the facilities, landscaping, security and maintenance operations of the Hilton Foundation’s two campuses; a 40-acre site in Agoura Hills and a 10-acre site in Westlake Village. Prior to joining the Foundation, Rincon worked for ValleyCrest and Enhanced Landscape Maintenance, where he worked as an account manager providing a safe work environment to diverse customers assisting them in achieving their goals both in residential and commercial settings. In his free time, he enjoys doing a variety of activities, including biking, swimming, basketball and soccer with his family.
