Grecia Diaz

Grecia Diaz works as a grants associate at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, acting as the liaison for grantmaking programs such as Foster Youth, Homelessness and Opportunity Youth teams, as well as our various employee giving programs. She provides support to the Grants Management team by assisting with grant processing, tracking requirements, ensuring accurate data management and contributing to the preparation of board dockets.

Before joining the Foundation, Grecia worked at nonprofit in Washington, DC where she served as the grants associate and grants administrator on the International Grants and Contracts team. She was the primary person responsible for administering grant agreements and amendments for all international programs, in addition to being the organization’s expert in Fluxx grants management system.

Grecia’s professional background reflects a commitment to social justice, immigration rights and equity issues. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public health with a minor in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
