Courtney Reed provides executive-level support to the vice president of Talent & Culture, as well as administrative support to the Talent & Culture team. In this role, she manages the team’s day-to-day activities, coordinates workshops, generates reports and aids in project management. Prior to joining the Foundation, Reed worked in the behavioral health care field at La Ventana Treatment Programs, where she served as executive assistant to the CEO. She has a strong background in diverse business arenas and has worked as merchandising manager and sales account manager for PepsiCo. Reed holds a bachelor’s degree from Fresno State University in business administration.
