Courtney Reed is responsible for partnering with the Vice President of Talent & Culture and other members of the Talent & Culture team to facilitate, monitor, manage and deliver a range of departmental initiatives across the Foundation, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery while ensuring alignment of HR strategy, sequence projects and programs, and identify dependencies projects/programs. The Manager of Talent & Culture Projects and HRIS is also responsible for maintaining the data integrity of HR data, troubleshooting systems issues, identifying solutions, and leading systems upgrades and implementation. Additionally, Reed has chaired the All-Staff Retreat Planning Committee since 2019. Prior to joining the Foundation, Reed worked in the behavioral health care field and managed a team of 20+ employees for PepsiCo. Reed holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and is working towards her Masters of Business Management in Human Resources.
