Courtney Reed

Courtney Reed is at the helm of our Total Rewards function, overseeing all compensation and benefits initiatives. Additionally, Reed leads the development of systems to fortify the efficiency and sustainability of the Talent and Culture department operations. Reed is also responsible for shaping HR communications and information flow, ensuring alignment and transparency across Talent and Culture initiatives and processes.  Prior to joining the Foundation, Reed worked in the behavioral health care field and managed a team of 20+ employees for PepsiCo. Reed is a SHRM Certified Human Resources Manager, holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, and is working towards her Master of Business Management in Human Resources.
