Adriana Leiterding

Adriana Leiterding supports the Homelessness Initiative team at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation as a Program Associate.  She supports key operational areas including project management/tracking, communications, coordination of meetings, and grant process management.

Prior to working at the Foundation, Leiterding was a Program Specialist at the Foundation for California Community Colleges. She supported multiple projects in the Equity department that focused on providing resources and basic needs support to California Community College students through partnerships and grant programs.  She also previously worked as an Assistant Director in the International Admission department at California Lutheran University, where she recruited and advised students and families from all over the world.

Leiterding holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from California State University Channel Islands and a master’s degree in Counseling for Higher Education from California Lutheran University.
