Marge Brownstein

As historian and board relations coordinator, Marge Brownstein utilizes her institutional knowledge of her 40 years at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation to keep the legacies of Conrad and Barron Hilton alive through research, educational endeavors and displays. In addition, she provides administrative support to the chair of the board and collaborates with the board relations team on a variety of projects. In her prior role as executive assistant-special projects, she managed the creation of the Foundation’s definitive book, Conrad N. Hilton Foundation/The Hilton Legacy: Serving Humanity Worldwide. Brownstein previously served as senior program officer, leading the Foundation’s domestic violence and substance abuse initiatives. Before joining the Hilton Foundation, she worked at the Jewish Federation Council of Greater Los Angeles, Hillel Council at UCLA, and TOSCO Corporation. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in French and linguistics from UCLA, Brownstein attended the International Graduate Centre for Hebrew and Jewish Studies in Arad, Israel, where she spent a year as community volunteer.
