Human Resources Director
Collaborating with management and staff, Taryn Lee manages and develops the human resources and organizational effectiveness at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Lee’s role encompasses an emphasis on the creation of a workplace culture that supports the Foundation’s mission through purposeful and passionate engagement, innovation, learning and community as the Hilton Foundation evolves. Prior to joining the Foundation, she was human resources manager for The California Wellness Foundation and previously held human resource management roles in the entertainment industry. Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from UCLA and has completed the co-active coach training program at the Coaches Training Institute, based in California.
