Patrick J. Modugno
Vice President, Administration and Chief Financial Officer
Patrick J. Modugno oversees all administrative and financial activities at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, including accounting, legal, human resources, facilities, and information technology. He also assists with the Hilton Foundation’s long-term planning. Modugno joined the Foundation in 1987 following a 15-year career in commercial banking, where he held various management and senior management positions. He is actively involved in a number of charitable and civic organizations and currently serves as trustee of the BEST Foundation, as chairman of the board and chairman of the investment committee of the California Pacific United Methodist Foundation, and as a board member and member of the executive committee of the Conrad N. Hilton Fund for Sisters. He also serves as chairman of the Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission and is director emeritus of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. Modugno previously served as mayor and council member of the City of San Fernando and as a member of the Planning Commission of the city of Santa Clarita. A graduate of Stanford University, he also earned his Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in California and attended law school at California Western University.
