Noelle Balla-McDonald provides administrative support to the three directors within grant programs. She brings with her a diverse background of experience in alternative dispute resolution, teaching, sales and administrative work. More recently she worked as alumni relations representative and professional education program manager at Pepperdine University. Academic achievements include a master’s degree in English and comparative literature from the University of California, San Diego and a bachelor’s degree in English and world literature from UCLA. Her time spent as a volunteer living on a hospital compound in Limbe, Haiti, afforded her an inspired kind of education and one which for which she is especially grateful.
