Marcia C. Trujillo-Penman provides support for the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation financial operations. She maintains accounting records, oversees payment of bills and grants, and facilitates other operations and financial functions.. She serves as the day-to-day contact for auditors, pension advisors, payroll service, and banks, and is a member of the Administrative Committee of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation Money Purchase Pension Plan. Prior to joining the Foundation in 1990, Trujillo-Penman worked as an accounting manager for Albert E. Cartlidge, CPA and the architectural firm of Ganthner, Melby, Lee. She was also executive assistant to the president, chief executive officer, and board of directors of Home Federal Savings and Loan and supported marketing, advertising, and special events for the Silver Club hotel and casino. In addition, she served as secretary to the mayor, city manager, and city council of the city of Reno. Her volunteer commitments include the American Lung Association, the March of Dimes, and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. She previously served on the Nevada Women’s Fund Grants and Allocations Committee and the Reno Commission for the Status of Women, and the boards of the American Heart Association (Reno Chapter) and Animal Ark.
