Katherine Miller
Executive Assistant to the President and CEO
Katherine Miller provides senior level executive support to the president and CEO, board of directors, and executive leadership team of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation while also managing the relocation of the current offices to the new Agoura Hills campus. Prior to joining the Foundation, Miller worked for Occidental Petroleum and most recently, Towers Watson, a global human resources consulting firm. There, she held several key positions, including office services manager for the South West Market and executive assistant to senior management. Miller's experience encompasses administration, operations, and human resource management. She has completed coursework at Bakersfield College and College of the Canyons, and holds certifications in Safety and Human Resource management as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources designation. Her volunteer efforts have focused primarily on support of abused and neglected children.





We recently participated in a roundtable discussion on "Managing Disasters." The discussion focused on best practices for more coordinated delivery and management of disaster relief and recovery, and the benefits of investing in capacity-building before a disaster strikes.
